Off the Menu is a national nonprofit mentorship program for bold culinary thinkers ready to shake up the food and beverage world.

Each year, we identify a rising or established food and beverage concept that’s redefining what it means to lead with innovation, purpose, and community impact. The selected visionary is granted exclusive, one-on-one mentorship sessions with our board of seasoned culinary and business leaders — all deeply rooted in and committed to the future of food.

In addition to this unparalleled access, the recipient will receive a $5,000 cash award to invest directly into their growth and make serious moves.

Designing a Restaurant to Drive Profitability

I started Off the Menu as a way to give back to the industry that has given so much to me — not just through design, but through the relationships, risks, and reinvention that fuel every great hospitality concept. What began as a personal extension of the work we do at House of Form has grown into a nonprofit platform that nurtures the next generation of culinary innovators through real conversations, honest feedback, and creative momentum.

This year, I hope to expand our reach, spotlight more underrepresented voices, and continue building a community where bold F&B ideas are seen, supported, and set up to thrive.
